Serene Beach Hotel Danang, Da Nang

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were okay and very clean, offering a great view over the ocean and a busy road, just as depicted in the booking pictures.

I was staying on Floor 14 and enjoyed brilliant views of the beach and ocean. The rooms are quite spacious and offer a refreshing perspective but be prepared for fellow guests coming from the beach in their bathers, dripping wet, creating a bit of a mess around the elevator lobby and corridors without any extra charge.

The hotel is situated right in front of the beach, offering a beautiful sight from the rooms and close proximity to My Khe beach. The rooms, although not very spacious, are adequate for a short stay. The service was excellent, especially at the Orchid Restaurant on the second floor, where I enjoyed a delightful breakfast with a view of the sunrise. However, there is room for improvement in customer service. The dining experience provided a good variety of food selection but could benefit from more frequent menu changes.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! We got upgraded to a fantastic ocean view room at no extra cost, and it was unbelievably comfortable and clean. The spacious room, especially the bathroom, was just marvelous. The only downside is the ongoing development around the area, but that didn't bother us much.
